Where We Ship

We currently deliver to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Keeping our shipping regional means your order arrives overnight in most cases instead of sitting in a national carrier hub for days. Outside our delivery area? Send us a message through our contact page and we'll let you know when we expand.

When We Ship

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday. We never ship late in the week, so your box is never parked in a warehouse over a weekend. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday.

How It Arrives

Every order is packed frozen in an insulated liner with dry ice and delivered by regional courier. Most orders arrive the next business day after they’re shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days depending on your location.

When Your Box Arrives

Get your beef into the freezer or refrigerator right away. The dry ice may be fully dissipated on arrival; that’s normal. If your product is still cold to the touch, it is safe to refreeze or cook. Handle any remaining dry ice with care and never touch it with bare hands.

Shipping Rate

Flat $20 anywhere in our delivery area.

If anything about your order isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it. No questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.
